I purchased the Rhinestone system in Febraury and off of one design out of the book. Volleyball Mom I made my money back within 6 weeks. The system is so easy to use and user friendly. The tech support is out of this world. This is a must to add to any embroidery and screen printing business.

By watching one of Craig\'s webinar I realized that by just using the artwork volumes I have that I could cut my design time down. (duh) Anyway I needed a design fast for a cheer crowd. Well Craig mentions the Design Studio collection which I have and there was the design. I changed it to a one color design and took a star and made a rhinestone design. Took less then 10 mins to do. Sold the shirts for $8 with just screen printing and $18 with 12 rhinestones on it. I sold 50 shirts with rhinestones and 29 without. The shirt cost was 1.93 so you just one order almost paid for the volume of art. I love this company!

I made my way to the Digital Art Solutions booth at the ISS Show in Fort Worth, Texas and couldn't believe what I saw. So I inched my way up front to get a closer look at the BLING BLING. They were making custom stone patterns and gently brushing the stones into a custom template and my mind started turning with ideas of all the possible ways I could use this. The fact that no one else offers this technology made it even more appealing to me.

I like using the digital art programs because it's template driven and visual. All you have to do in Smart Designer is type over the existing information in the templat boxes that are provided for you. It is so easy to use and fun at the same time.

I like the way all the different programs work together, for example, You can make your art proof in Smart Designer and then send the art to your cutter using SmartCut Pro and within minuets you have your design. The programs are so user friendly and make you feel empowered.

My sales have increased because I am able to make T-Shirts on the spot, one at a time or 50 at a time using SmartDesigner and SmartCut Pro and no one in my area can do that as I can. Any time I can keep the customer in my store by providing a One-Stop Experience, I win.

Before I invested in Smart Designer and SmartCut Pro I had to turn away business or if it was an order of at least 15 T-shirts I had to outsource the job, now I can keep more jobs in-house because of the software I purchased from Digital Arts Solutions.

I like the staff at Digital Arts Solutions for several reasons, one being they don't turn over, I have the same rep I had 4 years ago when I purchased my system. Mike Frazer makes time to show me the newest greatest thing. Mike is just a phone call or e-mail away. As much as I have enjoyed offering stock and custom Rhinestone designs over the past years, it has always turned into a big hassle. The choices were:

• order from an online company with stock designs
• order from an online company that requests a minimum of 100 pieces
• attempt to set the stones by hand
• forget it, talk them into something else

Newer offerings have included using our rotary engraving systems with a program that will drill out the holes in plastic, and if you have seen the program, you will understand that frustration, templates were very awkward to use, and designing the pattern, still a problem. The $35,000+ setting systems were out of the question, as who knows when that would be cost effective for us, and after seeing the program that runs the system, I ran the other way!

DAS, I have to tell you. From seeing it in action for the first time at DAS U, I knew it would be a hit. I couldn’t buy it fast enough. It was as close to plug and play as you can get. With just minimal help setting up the program from tech support, we were off and blinging the first day. What a joy to sit down at my own PC and cutter, and turn out a design in minutes, with equipment and programs that I already know and use. I have to tell you though, try not to do the design work in front of customers, or our small set-up fee will be out the window! I love it.

So far we have managed to dazzle quite a few of our customers, one of whom canceled an order from an internet business, and we’ll now be doing a “full back” custom lettering design on sweat suits for an entire cheer squad! Cha-BLING! She even wants their names on the front in stones (no problem!). Seriously, that cost analysis page came in real handy for the quote, thanks for adding that in to the manual. Our profit per suit is almost embarrassing to say.

with using true type fonts with the program, engraving fonts in the shop now have double duty, as they work really well with the system. The Stone book is filled with some great “stock” designs that I will now have available on demand, and the materials that were provided with the start up package work very well. Did I mention that I love it? We’ve integrated the designs to use with embroidery, screen print, and even tackle twill. Talk about being about to “up-sell” a customer!

Thanks again for another program that fits well with our business, offering us the option to set ourselves apart from other shops. Your attention to detail with the manuals and tech support, for the success of your programs, is unmatched in this industry.

I have been in business for 2 and a half years and really wish I knew about DAS long before now. I began my business primarily making signs. I happened into the apparel business when I learned that my Roland Cutter could cut specialty material for apparel decorating. Since then more than 50% of my business comes from apparel sales.

I have been extremely limited in my offerings to my customer until now. Using Corel Draw and Smart Designer together with the clipart packages from DAS has expanded my capabilities immensely in all of my areas of business ,signs, promotional products and apparel .

I thought that going from Sign Lab to Corel was going to be a monster task and would entail a huge learning curve. It has not. Your training session helped and I had only had Smart Designer for only 2 weeks prior. Your staff has been great also. My presentation to the customer is so much more professional and just doesn't even compare to what I was working with prior to Smart Designer. Smart Designer is so user friendly that anyone can learn it fairly easily.

The main draw for me to your company was the Rhinestone System. There is a huge market for rhinestones. I had 3 orders before I received my package from you. I have paid off my entire investment after only a couple of months. Big Profits in Rhinestones. My first order was with a children's theater company in Plymouth Michigan. The woman has been buying about 2000 shirts/sweatshirts a year from the same person for 10 years. I am now selling her rhinestone shirts with the theatre name on it.
